The Cooperative San Isidro El Santo was born in 1963, as a result of the union of a small group of farmers from Las Pedroñeras. Their aim was to centralize production and distribution of a product with an excellent quality: the purple garlic from Las Pedroñeras.
As time goes by, the cooperativa was growing and achieving many objetives. Therefore, in 2004, it became the biggest Cooperative of Garlic in the World, with the latest facilities and technologies in the market. After almost 50 years working, we can guarantee to our customers the best quality of our product, as we have put all our effort into achieving this goal.
The Cooperative San Isidro El santo with its exportations around the world, is the economic force of Las Pedroñeras and its region. Nowadays, we export our products to Europe, America, Asia and Africa. In addition, during the last years, we have been known as one of the biggest exporters of Castilla La Mancha, always being present in the most importants commercial fairs in the world.
